Computer error problem was considered when this product was developed. Every normal working R-Dash®’s LED marker will not show error message on message board. Special LED lenses centralize the LED light emitting to the angel eyes optic fiber. Other brands of LED markers are using resistors to increase the wattage in order to bypass the computer. However, using resistors will cause heat. R-Dash®‘s LED markers are using an electrical design to give a message to the on board computer that the LED maker is consuming the same wattage as the original H8 halogen bulb. This type of setup does not cause heat. R-Dash®’s H8 LED markers are with a patent registered mechanism which allows the LED bulb to open as a V-shape after installation. Thus the LED lenses can reach the most effective distance with the optic fiber. The most effective distance between LED and the optic fiber, allows for a maximum amount of light. All of the R-Dash® LED markers are designed with this concept.
